Update the JIRA Timesheet Plugin to version 2.7.9.1 in OnDemand

      Please, update Timesheet Reports and Gadgets Add-On to latest version 2.7.9.1

      Note, looks like marketplace has wrong information, it says that currently it is 2.6.1 version released 24 Oct 2013, but basing on JRA-35681 it's at least 2.7.4, and on test OnDemand instance it is 2.7.7.
