As a company grows bigger, task can be delegated for better handling and to lessen the burden for some Admin. However, to give the whole JIRA Administrator access to someone who helps to manage stuff could be troublesome and risky.

Therefore, is it possible to create a new custom set of permission given to an Admin helper? This is so that instead of having control of the whole JIRA, the helper should only have a few permission to do some admin work in JIRA.
