Limit Issue visibility by custom fields values

      Customer would like to limit the visibility of the issue by custom field previous setted, for example:
      Custom Field A: Y, X, Z, etc
      Custom Field B: US, AR, BR, etc
      Custom Field C: TR, Paid, ID, etc
      The user can only see the issue with the values A= Y, B= US, C= TR
      but can't see the issue with the values A= Y, B= US, C= Paid
      neither A= X, B= US, C= TR
