Need easy way to see issue details while performing edit actions in modal dialg

      When you triage or otherwise edit an issue, you can't then read the details in the issue. Nor can you select to copy/paste form them.

      This is a pretty significant usability issue. Surprised that is not obvious to your UX folks.

      Use case:
      I read a review a new bug. Click triage and then assign and type a comment. But I need to re-read a bit of the details to write the correct comment / suggestion on a fix. But alas, I need to open a new browser window, open the ticket and read it. Uggh!

      2nd use case:
      Same triage scenario but I need to decide who to assign to. I need to see the person who submitted. Today I can widen the browser window to see on the right but I should not need to.

      I'd suggest make the modal dialogs resizable and movable.
