Many customers have project keys that are not similar to the project name.
When creating an issue people want to be able to select the project by entering the first few letters of the project key, as well as doing that for the project name.

The proposed change is that the displayed project when creating an issue should look like

Project Name (Project Key)

and that a project should be selectable by typing characters that start the project key as well as the project name.

The test case for this would be a project named "My Test Project" with a project key of "AAA". Typing AAA should offer the project "My Test Project (AAA)"
