      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      JIRA has a couple of dirty form checking functions in JavaScript. They are hard-coded to not run if a user clicks/activates the cancel button on a form.

      We should allow configurability of the dirty check to also work on cancellation of the form, such that things like JRA-27916 may be addressed.
