Create a print style sheet using media="print" so users don't need print button

      In order to print a page (and have it look nice) a user needs to click on the printer icon first. This could be simplified by using a print style sheet reference on every page. See this article:

      This would load up a special style sheet only when a user is printing. This would allow users to print any page without needed to go through the step of choosing the printer friendly page.
