Clicking Save on a filter does not update the issue nav to indicate the filter is not modified

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      1. Create a new advanced search in the issue navigator.
      2. Save the search as a filter.
      3. Load the filter.
      4. Change the JQL. You should now have a save button.
      5. (BUG) Click save. You get a message saying your filter has been updated, but the UI still shows the "Save" button and still indicates that the filter is not saved.

      The actual query appears to be saved.
