Display a message after copying a Workflow Scheme

      Currently when you copy a Workflow Scheme, after clicking the 'Copy' link next to the Workflow Scheme you want to copy, the page just refreshes itself, and the just copied Workflow Scheme silently goes within the 'Inactive' section, giving the impression that nothing was actually done.
      JIRA should, at least, display a message saying that the Workflow Scheme was successfully copied. It would be best if it also say that the recently copied Workflow Scheme is now within the 'Inactive' section.
