Description

We had an issue in which more than one workflow scheme was associated to the same project.
Due to this issue we had the symptoms below:
- No workflow was displayed in the Workflow screen.
- Creating a Workflow threw an exception (UI displays error 500).
The stack trace below could be found in the logs:
