Ability to hide Admin Button Menu in View Issue Screen

      The new Admin button menu in the JIRA issue details is positioned where the workflow button used to be. Since some customers don't perform this operation from this screen, it's just taking up space and is confusing for long date users. Please add the ability to hide the Admin Button in View Issue Screen.
