Allow adjusting the time-to-live of the Jira issue collector confimation screen

      We're using the issue collector, and after creating an issue, the confirmation screen disappears after 5 seconds.

      We'd like the option to adjust the auto-closing time-to-live, up to disabling the auto-close.
