Issue Comment Documentation needs to clarify Wiki markup vs plain comments

      currently says:

      In the Comment text box, type your comment, using as many lines as you require.
      You can use wiki markup in this text box if you wish.

      However, it depends on how the JIRA instance is configured as to whether comments use "wiki markup" or "plain text" rendering.
