      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Having the Commits tab advertise Stash and Fisheye when it's really designed to allow GitHub and Bitbucket connectivity is very confusing to our users.

      As an administrator, I need an option to disable the tab when the external DVCS are not configured, so developer don't think that JIRA is not configured correctly.
