      Using the basic search with a date range on (eg) creation time does not find all expected issues. It finds issues with a datetime from zero o'clock on the From date to zero o'clock on the To date, effectively missing anything on the last mentioned day.

      This is (kinda) mathematically correct but wrong intuitively. If searching (say) for issues created from Monday to Wednesday I would expect the issues created on Wednesday to be included.

      IMHO the Fix would be to code +24 hours to the To date in the actual database search.
