Advanced filter not properly displayed

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      This issue is consistently reproducable with Chrome and IE browsers (didn't try with Firefox).

      On Issue Search page, when Advanced filter option is selected, the filter text/form is displayed as a narrow text box instead of expected line.
