Retain permalink URL

      I installed jira 6.1 yesterday and the permalink does not work.
      The permalien worked on jira 5 and I have 180 users who are used to using this permalink and who want to know when this bug will be fix.

      I saw https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-34998 but we cannot accept this answer, we need a corrective as fast as possible.
