As a user, I would like JIRA to provide issue resolutions from a knowledge base

      JIRA can provide knowledge base recommendations before a user submits an issue but what about those that are completing the request?

      Can there be a way that a user could click a menu action or button to search a linked knowledge base (or linked Confluence space) for a resolution to the issue? Or to recall the original suggestions provided?

      Sometimes there are guides and steps users should follow to complete a request and I think this will be a handy feature. Of course it may not survive feature scrutinization. Something to think about.
