Issue Collector Oops Error Improvement

      The below error message generated from the issue collector is vague and does not always log information.

Don't worry though! We've logged this problem and will look into it soon!

      Would like to improve the error message handling to be more specific:

      • Is there a required field that is missing on the form?
      • Is this a timeout/network issue?

      Also we it shouldn't say that an error has been logged when it gets logged occasionally.
