Create Branch Feature JIRA Only Brings You to Bitbucket, Not Github

      Customer is using Github and has established a DVCS connection to the repos.

      However, when attempting to Create Branch from an issue in JIRA, it's always sending them to Bitbucket.

      The customer needs to create branches from Github repositories.
