      Currently within JIRA, notifications are configured based on project. It will be nice if it's possible to configure notifications based on groups. For example, only when a group of users Group_A creates issues, then notifications will be sent.

      That's helpful for companies that need to have certain level of attention to specific groups so they need to get notified when this group creates tickets.
