Ability to Set Default Comment Security Level in Jira Issues

      I wish to make my Jira environment public to our customers however all comments made on issues are by default unrestricted. I would like this to be the other way around where I can choose a group (Developers for example) and then un-restrict the comment for public consumption.

      This is how helpdesk systems (such as Deskpro, ubersmith etc) work and we can't use Jira for this type of work until we have it which will obviously impact on your licence growth.
