Upgrade DVCS plugin within JIRA

      Currently JIRA bundles with JIRA DVCS Connector for Bitbucket and GitHub v. 1.3.1.1

      Due to changes that GitHub made recently, this version can no longer access GitHub. The plugin has been updated with the new changes to access GitHub.

      Please upgrade the bundled plugin version with later JIRA releases. Current latest release that can access GitHub:

      • JIRA DVCS Connector for Bitbucket and GitHub v. 1.4.0.1.

      side note: UPM no longer checks if system plugins need upgrading, so admins would not know that an upgrade is available
