Currently - time tracking has the option to "include sub-tasks" and aggregates that time. However, it will not aggregate time logged on linked issues into the parent issue total time, which is desirable, as we currently prefer to have parent-child (issues linked to the parent) relationship rather than sub-tasks for many items, but need aggregated time spent.
