NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.
Expected behavior: Having navigated to a page > 1 in Issue Navigator search results, clicking Tools > Bulk Change: current page, the bulk editor returns the issues on that page.
Actual behavior: Clicking Tools > Bulk Change: current page, the bulk editor returns the issues listed on Page 1 of the Issue Navigator results.
Steps to reproduce:
In the Issue Navigator
- Search for issues in JIRA, make sure the # of results returned is > 100. Make a note of the issues that appear in page 1 of the results.
- Click the right arrow or page number to navigate to a page other than Page 1. Make note of the issues on this page.
- Click Tools then select Bulk Change: current page
- Note the issue IDs listed are the same as on Page 1 of Issue Navigator results rather than the expected results from a subsequent page.
Workaround
- Follow the above steps.
- At the end of the process, click the Back button on your browser to return to the Issue Navigator Results.
- Select Tools > Bulk Change: current page again.
- The proper results will appear in the bulk editor.
