Users unable to open tickets in new windows/tabs

      After the last OnDemand upgrade, users are not able to perform the following operations anymore (using Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox):

      • Shift + Left-Click = Open ticket in a new window
      • Ctrl + Left-Click = Open ticket in a new tab

      For instance, when performing an JQL search, user usually would use Ctrl + Click to open issues in new tabs. This doesn't happen anymore, both operations now open the ticket on the same window.

      This slows down significantly the use of JIRA.
