Set defaults for childs when using multiple cascading select fields

      A parent cascading select field may have multiple childs.
      Users should have the ability to choose defaults from each child as well, not only the parent.
      And the defaults of the childs should vary according to the parent default. Which means, if the parent has 3 options to choose, each selected one would show a different (or not) default on its child, and so on.
