Unable to define JQL for a Webhook

      Whenever we try to define a JQL for a Webhook and save it we get the following JavaScript exception (using the Console of the web browser):

      TypeError: Property '$' of object [object Window] is not a function

      Thus preventing it to be saved.

      p.s.: If you doesn't use the Console of the browser, you will not identify what is happening because the page just reloads.
