      Hi Atlassians,

      i want to be able to avoid jira/confluence to start up automatically after the setup/upgrade is finished.
      in our environment i have to re-apply backed up files first in order to get the application running and accessable again.
      every upgrade forces me to shut down the fresh installed version and revert some changes first.

      can this be prevented?
