XML view of Issue Navigator results should follow date format

      Currently, the XML view of the Issue Navigator results does not follow the date format that is configured in JIRA administration.

      For example, even though the date format is set to use 'dd/MM/yyyy', in the XML view, you would still see the following :

      <created>Thu, 18 Oct 2012 23:14:51 +0800</created>

      The XML view should follow the date format configured in JIRA.
