Additional Log Statement with JIRA version and JAVA version

      Considering that JIRA is ending support for JAVA 1.6 in JIRA 6.0, we would like to add a knowledge article with a regular expression for our Hercules issue analyser to match JIRA version and JAVA version in a single line.

      The request is to add an additional log statement with both these information on a single line.
