Steps to reproduce:

1. create two project p1 and p2, and add the same version v1.0.
2. create one ticket per project and add the affected version v1.0.
3. Archive the version v1.0 in p2.
4. Launch the advance search with "project = p1 and affectedversion = v1.0".

Actual Behavior:
Basic search will be unavailable and will return this in JS console:

{"errorMessages":["jqlTooComplex"],"errors":{}}

Workaround:
You may un-archive some of the affected versions in order to proceed with the basic search.
