It would be good to have a project comment section. Like the 'Activity Stream' but inside the project area.

Thus the administrators of a project could leave notes/updates for a specific project. So all the people who are working on that project can check this board to see if there is any update from the Project Lead.

Moreover, this could result in a gadget. So people could add this gadget, select a project (which he/she should be allowed to see) and track the last notes of the Project Lead (or any other user/group/role that had permission to comment on this board).
