Use proper hierarchical field referencing for expanding fields instead of treating everything as a single level

      https://jira.atlassian.com/rest/api/2/search?jql=issuekey+in+(JRA-9)&fields=description&expand=renderedFields causes the issue rendered fields to be displayed. The correct URL is https://jira.atlassian.com/rest/api/2/search?jql=issuekey+in+(JRA-9)&fields=description&expand=issues.renderedFields but that doesn't work.

      This change will require an increase in the version number of the REST API.
