      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Users don't want their GreenHopper boards' filter to be deleted from JIRA as this can cause the board to disappear. Hence it shouldn't be allowed for the GreenHopper boards' filters to be deleted from JIRA. This option should have been allowed from GreenHopper side only.
