      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open any JIRA project
      2. Click the Issues tab to the left
      3. Click the links 'Outstanding' and 'Unresolved'

      Expected Results:

      1. The JQLs used for each of these links should be different.
      2. Outstanding should include an additional clause fixVersion IS NOT EMPTY

      Actual Results:

      1. It brings up the issue navigator with the same JQL (except for the order clause)
