      Customers request that a issue can be reopen automatically upon a comment, and there's no current configuration that can achieve that.

      You could do that with the Auto Transition Listener feature from the Jira ToolKit Plugin but then you would need to configure listeners, and that's not allowed in JIRA OnDemand.
