If I want to make a workflow transition appear way in the back of ordering, it's impossible without setting an opsbar-sequence value for every single transition.

This is much too difficult, especially if all a user wants to do is define a single global transition that should appear last.

It's easy if you want it to appear first however, it seems any ops bar value trumps the blank value.
