Wiki Markup - Bold text with a numbered list causes padding

      Customer reported issue. When using wiki markup in the description of a JIRA issue, the '#' has a side effect of added an unwanted line between the bolded text and the first numbered item.

      Parent:

      1. Child1
      2. Child2
      3. Child3

      Perhaps worthy of mentioning, the only way I was able to get around this was by numbering "Parent", removing the bold and using the nested option.
