      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently it is only possible to use Gravatar or not (without changing the jira sourcecode)

      allow the admin to change the avatar-retrieval-url to a user-defined value.
