Feature Request Description

It will be great to have a feature that can automatically send notification emails to some groups/users (such as managers) when logged work exceeds original estimate in one issue, and at the same time generate a private comment to the Assignee in that ticket to remind him about the over work log.

Workaround

However, for send out the notification emails to some groups/users (such as managers) when logged work exceeds original estimate in one issue. Here is a current workaround:

1. Type the following query by using Advanced Search in Issue Navigator:

   workratio >= 100
   

   This is for all projects, if you only willing to search for certain projects, you can specify the project in the advanced search.
   For example:

   project = testing AND workratio >= 100
   

2. Save it as a filter
3. Manage the filter and Subscribe the filter.
