start-jira.sh will not start JIRA with root user

      In the documentation it should be clarified that the JIRA will not start up with root user account by using start-jira.sh in command line or init.d as it is designed to start up JIRA with the jira user created during the installation procedure. If the user want to start up with root user, he need to use the startup.sh instead.
