Remove "Priority" field completely from JIRA Issue details

      Customer requests the ability to remove the Priority field from the Issue Details and Issue Navigator.

      Currently you can remove the field from the screen where you create or edit an issue, which disables users from changing the Priority level. But the field still shows in the Issue Navigator and Details afterwards, defaulting to the first in the list which can be confusing.
