Work logging usability improvement

      Now user must do 2 jumps from hi's task list - the first jump from task list (on dashboard) to task details, and the second one from details to "LogWork".
      It would be much more convinient to be able to jump directly from task list to work reporting for daily reports, or do work logging right at the task list page (througth the popup window, for example).
