Option to switch between the bundled Tomcat in JIRA installation with user defined Tomcat

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      As of now, you can only achieve this by deploying JIRA using the EAR/WAR. It will be helpful if JIRA standalone has the ability to perform this without having to re-deploy the instance again in an EAR/WAR environment.

      This will be helpful if users decide to change it somewhere along the way. As an example, if there are security issue with Tomcat and it is fixed in a newer version.
