As JIRA Administrator I would like to have audit logs for version changes

Enabling HTTP access logging does, indeed, log something similar to the following whenever a version is created:

      192.168.35.113 o1028x128x1 charlie [07/Sep/2012:17:08:53 +0200] "POST http://ttsupportvm.local:8507/jira507/rest/api/2/version HTTP/1.1" 201 836 0.0110 "http://ttsupportvm.local:8507/jira507/plugins/servlet/project-config/MYPROJECT/versions" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:15.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/15.0" "xbd61j"

However, it would be great if there was a way to log exactly who did what in what project and which version.
