Group multiple changes to a single issue in one email

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Instead of sending an email for every modification of an issue, it would cut down on the amount of emails (affectionately known as JIRA spam at our company) that JIRA creates if all the changes between email sendouts were sent in one email.
