Allow members of group/role to share dashboard ownership

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently there can only be a single user that owns and has permission to edit dashboard. It would be useful to allow a dashboard to be owned by a group or project role. That way multiple users can edit the same dashboard. This is useful when there are multiple managers for project or if one of the managers goes on holidays.
