Create a documentation about lucene stopwords list

      As deriving from support issues, perhaps there is the need to document a few things about how Lucene works, what the stopwords list is, etc.

      Furthermore, a few things could be added in order to answer why if you search for "log jira" you also get results about "logging jira" and so on.

      Please consider it and feel free to get back to me should any details be needed.
