Filter subscriptions not sending emails

      I've tried setting up two personal filter subscriptions.
      They look like they should work but are not sending through the emails to my atlassian account. I've also tried 'Run Now' a few times and that doesn't seem to do anything either, even though there are issues that are in this filter.
      I've also checked my profile and the correct email address is used, so not sure why this is not working.
